The project gathered 25 young participants, between 18 and 25 years old, and 5 group leaders (a total of 30 people) from 5 European countries - Latvia, Turkey, Italy, Bulgaria and Hungary to form a strong group and work all together as a team.
The aim of the project was developing conflict resolution skills and promoting growth of tolerance and empathy among young people.
The youth exchange took place in Ventspils, Latvia from 23 to 30 July 2015.
During the youth exchange the participants took part in group work and discussions, negotiating about social stereotypes and conflict reasons and searching for successful problem solutions.
